The delivery time
A seller has 3 working days to confirm. Once the order is validated, he is asked to ship the item within 48 hours. The normal delivery time of the Post must then be counted. The delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Find the shipping cost of your order in your cart each time you add or remove an item. The amount varies depending on the category of the product (s) and mode of shipment chosen.
Childsheroes offers different payment methods to pay for your purchases, whether with your credit card or paypal. Whatever your method of payment, the withdrawal of the sum is made only after acceptance of the order by the seller.

Note the seller
When receiving the items ordered, you are invited to rate the seller. This step is important as it allows Childsheroes to pay the seller.
Your opinion is indispensable for Members who would like to place an order with the seller.

You can withdraw items at any time, change the delivery method or not continue your order. Your purchase will only be finalized after your registered payment.

If your seller has more than one copy of the desired item, you can indicate the quantity you want.
I do not wish to finalize my purchase immediately
The items you have added to your shopping cart will remain there until you have finalized your order. You will be able to come back later and click on «My basket» to finalize your order.

Warning: used items are mostly sold in a single copy, you may not find the item again if you come back later. In this case, a notification will appear at the top of your shopping cart to alert you to the unavailability of your item.
To memorize an item, you must add it to your favorites list. To do this, simply click on the small arrow next to "Delete". This will bring you to the "Move to my list" link:

How we protect you

You have not yet received your order
Please contact the seller (since your order tracking) so that he can confirm the shipment (date, mode and tracking number).
We thank you for waiting 14 days before opening a complaint with the Customer Service, since your order tracking.
This delay allows Childsheroes to validate your order, the time allowed to the seller to accept then to send (3 to 4 days), then any delays in routing.
We give the seller 3-7 days to provide formal proof that the order has been delivered. At each step, our Customer Service informs you by e-mail and in your follow-up order, until your refund.
The product is damaged or different (does not meet your expectations)
If the product received is of a lower quality than advertised, or if it does not match the advertisement (eg wrong reference), contact the seller first. He will surely offer you a solution immediately (exchange).
If the seller does not offer a suitable solution, open a complaint from your order tracking.
Customer Service of Childsheroes will give 5 days to the seller to give you a satisfactory solution. After this period, the Customer Service takes back the complaint and determines the best solution (exchange possible or refund).
NB : if the item was properly packed, but shocked or damaged by the carrier, notify the carrier promptly by registered mail and notify Customer Service of Childsheroes. This will greatly facilitate the processing of the claim
Confirm the availability of this item
You receive an email notification of Childsheroes informing you of a sale. You then have a period of 3 working days to confirm that you are able to ship this item to the buyer. If you no longer have the item, or if you can not ship it within two business days of your confirmation, you must cancel the sale.
After this time, and without your reply, Childsheroes considers that you are unavailable and places your account in holiday mode, which has the immediate effect of temporarily suspending the visibility of all your ads.
You can lift the suspension on your return by accessing your account.
Once the order has been confirmed, please forward the item.
Childsheroes deducts the amount from the buyer at the time of placing the order. Your payment is triggered when the buyer confirms the receipt by assigning you a rating.
You must take all precautions to ensure that the packaging protects the item under the best conditions for the duration of its transport. The articles must be protected against shocks during transportation in bubble wrap, cardboard, solid envelopes ...
To avoid the risk of theft, the content must not be guessed or written on the package. Ideally, a strong adhesive strengthens and secures the package closure. You do not have to slide advertising in the package.
You must also always respect the shipping method selected by the buyer and indicated on the delivery note.
Reporting illegal content or behavior
Childsheroes allows any user to report unlawful content or behavior by completing the contact form:
- Record information that clearly identifies the notifier, content or behavior notified and the reasons for the notification.
- Your complete identity (if you are a natural person: including your name, surname and address, if you are acting for a legal entity: its legal form, name, address of its headquarters and your quality) To contact you.
